I would like to (again) commend Avatar on its consistently high level of service. Last Friday was a perfect example. Scott arrived to perform monthly maintenance on our computers and also set up a new laptop. The past few weeks have been off the charts with natural gas activity due to extreme weather conditions, so we have been deeply engrossed in keeping on top of things. I did not have anything ready for Scott (except having the Avatar account enabled). He unboxed the laptop (and boxed it back up when he was done so it could be mailed), located the ghost CD for set up, coordinated with Calgary IT, labeled the equipment, and performed all that was needed without any interruption to us.

The ability of the technicians to work in this manner virtually every time they come here is so valuable in my mind I do not want it to go unmentioned.
